To request a graduation certificate from school, please fill in the form below. Please note this is a paid service.
Issuance of the certificate will take about 3 business days from the date of application.
You can pay the fee directly at the counter when you receive it.
Alternatively, if you wish to deliver it to your home, please transfer fee to the following bank account and don't forget to fill in your home address for delivery.
Certificate issue fee: 300 yen per copy
Mailing fee: 500 yen for domestic and 2000 yen for overseas
